Really ugly. All it proves is that Birmingham has a problem with vandals, drug pushers and juvenile delinquents, and that the authorities don't care.

DeleteGraffiti is not connected with drug pushing its a group of people coning together to create a work of art that everybody can enjoy for free
DeleteAlso there are graffiti festivals supported by local councils in Leicester Birmingham Tamworth Manchester Sheffield Bristol and London
