morses graffiti hall of fame Leicester bring the paint
MORSES COBDEN STREET INDUSTRIAL ESTATE / LEICESTER / LE1 2LB
An important staple for local artists this site is often a favourite for visitors to the city. A huge stretch of smooth concrete over 8 ft high that forms part of a storm drain this is a pleasure to paint. It’s worth being aware that the site can flood during and after heavy rainfall so pay attention to the recent weather should you plan to paint here
The Morsey aka Willow Brook was the location for some of Leicesters early Graffiti by crews such as NRG and ABC.
Over the years this place has become one of the best spots to paint for scale and smoothness of the walls. If you are visiting Leicester make sure you pass by to see some quality work here.
During rainey periods the water levels do rise but if its dry the levels are usually low and the walls accessable to paint.
To access go to either Catherine St or Cobden St. The Postcode is LE1 2LB if you entering from the Cobden street end.
Theres a great takeaway you might want to check out at the cobden St end
The Willow-brook runs down the middle of a great hall of fame full of the midlands finest burners great spot high walls and about 1/4 a mile of wall no hastle here
